Empowering Veterans Every Step of The Way
Our mission is to empower veterans and their families in securing their rightful benefits. Veterans Claims Consulting (VCC) stands by veterans, offering expertise in claims processing, enabling them to access the compensation and benefits they deserve.
We educate veterans on how to manage their claims from start to finish.
Every claim is unique. Every veteran has a complex story and experience to share. Veterans Claims Consulting educates veterans on how to obtain the benefits and compensation they deserve.
Our advisers will meticulously craft a personalized plan designed to cater to your unique needs as a veteran.
As veterans ourselves, we are committed to ensuring that you are well taken care of, understanding the unique situations veterans may encounter.
While there are other options accessible to veterans, we are dedicated to helping veterans obtain everything they are entitled to, and we have a history of success in doing so.
The claims procedure is complicated, and military members and veterans should not have to attempt to navigate it alone. Veterans Claims Consulting educates veterans on how to develop a strong case by analyzing and applying current law, relevant legislation, regulations, and reviewing medical records. As experienced advisors we facilitate the claims process so that veterans can better understand what is required to receive the compensation and benefits they deserve.
Veterans Claims Consulting (VCC) operates an education-based advising and consulting program for Veterans exploring eligibility for increased disability benefits and who wish to learn more about that process.
VCC is NOT an “accredited” or “recognized” Veteran Service Organization (VSO), claims agent, claims attorney, or entity recognized by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). VCC is not affiliated with the VA in any way.
VCC does NOT assist Clients with the preparation, presentation, and prosecution of VA disability claims for VA benefits. VCC also does not provide legal advice. Veterans shall prepare and file their own claim (and should consider doing so utilizing free government websites such as ebenefits.va.gov, va.gov), or work with an accredited VSO, VA claims agent, or VA claims attorney (many of which offer services for FREE).
The utilization of VCC’s program is NOT required to submit a claim for VA disability benefits, and veterans may achieve a positive VA disability claim outcome without the use of VCC’s resources or services.
VCC will never ask for any login information or any banking information from veterans.
VCC does NOT guarantee that any VA disability claim will be approved by the VA. Determination of VA disability benefits is made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs and not by the VCC. As such, VCC is not responsible and cannot be held liable for the VA disability benefits for which a client may be eligible. In fact, the VA may decrease benefits in some cases.
